Return Guidelines

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Given the intricate lace and textured fabric of our garments, items returned with snags, makeup stains, or odors will not be accepted.

  • Restocking Fee: All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your final cash refund to cover processing and inspection.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
